A vital enabler for robust, seamless and secure online transactions on your ecommerce is an integrated payment gateway. You can now offer customers the Paytm Payment Gatewayon your Linker.store and the process to do this is very simple.
Let’s start by watching a video on how to activate Paytm Payment Gateway on your ecommerce store.
To make it easy for you to activate Paytm Payment Gateway, we have listed the steps below.
Login to your GlobalLinker account.
Click on the Online Store tab at the top. Click on Manage Store.
You will be directed to your seller panel (the left bar on your dashboard).
Click on Online Store > Settings >Payment tab. Here click on Online Payment (Paytm). To Apply for activation of Paytm payment gateway click on Apply Now
An application form will open up
In the next screen you have to upload the scanned copied of the required KYC documents. Click on the down “˅” arrow to see the click of allowed documents.

You will have to specify if you will be selling to customers outside India and if yes, you will have to upload a scanned copy of your Import Export Code (IEC) Certificate.
After uploading the all the documents, click on Submit and your application will get processed.
The application will be reviewed and if no discrepancies are found then within 3 to 5 working days you will receive an activation email from Paytm team with Merchant ID and Secret Key. As the last step please copy and paste the Merchant ID and Secret Key and then click on Disable to enable the payment gateway and then click on Save.
The Paytm Payment Gateway will get activated on your account. To ensure it is working fine, we advise you to do a small test transaction.
