Starting point for a startup is protection of idea, conceptualizing the brand, fixing the corporate structure needs the legal support. The Second stop is setting up the right entity, executing the founders agreement, appointing statutory auditor and obtaining registrations under S&E Act, obtaining PAN and TAN and seeking registration of TM. The Third stop is entering the market, setting up the right documentation for execution of 'GO to Market' executing employee agreements and creating ESOP Pool as appropriate. The Fourth step is angel and seed investment and strengthening the business with proactive and business now moves towards growth. The right, positive legal support helps business to navigate correctly and properly without any waywardness ensures StartUp to grow right. In our view, the ratio of startup success will increase significantly if the vision of the startup is managed with the right legal support. We all have the example of Google before us. Certainly the vision and competence of Founders is key but the wisdom of retaining the proper legal support from beginning is not less important
